4 1/2 months old

Natalie had her second round of shots yesterday and is feeling quite delicate and requiring lots of cuddling. At 4 1/2 months old, she has moved into the 75th percentile on the growth charts, is pretty much sleeping through the night, and is really content and alert most of the time. On the downside, her head's a little flat and she really should poop more, so we are working on tummy time and switching formulas.
On another note, I can believe Julian would have been 2 years old in a few weeks. I often think about what it would be like to have both my children here. I'm sure that having Natalie here will make dealing with his anniversaries less difficult, but admittedly, I'm approaching the dates with an increasing sense of trepidation. When Natalie's old enough, perhaps we can celebrate her big brother's birthday with a cake.

But, being laughed at while preparing for a possible
zombie 2012 apocalypse, or other consequences of the end of the Mayan calendar is going
to be worth it - when the unimaginable and previously comically impossible actually come to life.
In fact the term zombie came from the region and refers to persons who
have undergone such a mind altering experience. Crocs are also not a good
option for a zombie apocalypse.

You will be able to save the time it takes to drive to gym (and the money for
the membership) and you can fit a workout routine into your
busy schedule much more easily. 'm really tired of these lies in the so-called experts would have you believe building muscle. Don't set goals like "I will miss Ten pounds inside my first week".

Working all of these muscle fibers will lead to larger and more defined shoulders.
Myth 1: One needs a good exercise to get 'lower abs'.
However, if you travel often, or even if you choose not
to take that long break, there is no reason to
stop exercise.

Publishers have obsessively churned out memoirs over the past several years, but among shelves of mostly bland, self-righteous and poorly written duds, Tammet’s
book soars. Unscrew the toothbrush from the base, and rinse both pieces thoroughly, inside and
out. If yours does not and your bristles
tend to wear out quickly, ask your dentist to show you the
proper pressure you should be using while brushing your teeth.
